For golf events, the Captain of the day (or organiser) can stipulate the dress code if deemed necessary. The normal attire for golf events should be smart casual for both men and ladies. For any non-golfing event, it is the responsibility of the organiser to communicate the dress code which will normally be smart casual for men and ladies.
